Our chef, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, has built his career across Australia’s most respected venues, holding Executive Chef roles within the Mayfair Hotel, Fine dining restaurant Mayflower Australia, and the British Hotel, while also bringing his craft to luxury properties such as the Hyatt Regency, the world-class Fine dining as Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, Windy Point Restaurant.
Across these kitchens, he has led teams, shaped menus, and guided culinary programs at the highest level, experience that now informs every plate we serve.
